On August 12th, a client from Adelaide, Australia visited. The steel structure that have already been contracted for processing were inspected. Both parties had an in-depth discussion on the quality control during the product processing. In response to the intense competition in the steel structure industry at present, WanTai Steel Structure Engineering Co., Ltd. has shifted its sales focus to the high-end market. The high-end market's requirements for quality not only enhanced the management team's concepts, but also improved the technical levels of the workshop processing procedures, riveters and welders.
Our QC system are as follows:
1. Strictly implement the colour-coded inspection system and apply it to the inspection work of each process.
2. The production workshop reviews the drawings issued by the technical department and then distributes them to each process.
3. Implement four inspection procedures:
A: Self-inspection and signature by the riveter/welder;
B: Inspection and signature by the process group leader;
C: Inspection and signature by the quality inspector;
4. First-piece Inspection System: when have same steel structure components in a project, After the first component is completed, it must be submitted for inspection in accordance with the above regulations. Prevent the same errors from occurring in the same components.
