Commencing November 15, the two workshops of Gaomi Wantai Steel Structure Engineering Co., Ltd. have initiated production for two Australian projects. To date, 120 tons of materials have been processed.
Both projects utilize large-scale square tubes as steel columns. The manufacturing process involves assembly, welding, shot blasting (rust removal), and hot-dip galvanizing. All operations strictly adhere to Australian welding standards, including precision grinding and slag removal from weld seams. Butt welds are executed using full penetration welding, with 100% Magnetic Particle Testing (MT) conducted prior to shot blasting. Additionally, Ultrasonic Testing (UT) is performed on 20% of all structural components, ensuring full compliance with quality requirements.
Over the past three years, through close collaboration with Australian partners, Gaomi Wantai has fully implemented its proprietary "Color-Coded Inspection System" in workshop management. This system mandates rigorous checks at every production stage, strictly prohibiting non-conforming products from advancing to subsequent processes. Our product quality consistently meets Australian, American, and European standards and requirements.
