Before the produce of Bunning Gap Ridge project, both sides appointed a meeting on 7th April.
The total weight is 400 tons, the quality requirement is significantly strict.
1.Th raw steel material must be traceable.
A: Before purchasing material, it is mandatory for suppliers’ material certificate to be filled in based on Materials Register provided by the buyer, After buyer’s approval, then materials can be purchased.
B: After steel materials enter the factory, the buyer and its onsite quality controller cut a sample of steel plate and send it to the lab to proceed with physics and chemical experiments.
2.QR code must be labeled on the main section for tracking.
3.Welding material: registration of purchasing materials, registration of usage.
4.Fit-up: strict control of welding deformation. The camber (arching) of submerged arc welding shall not exceed 3mm.
5.No splicing is allowed on any steel components.
6.Surface treatment before galvanizing: remove all welding slag and spatter.
